- Pricing model
- subscription
- Card processing
- not applicable
- Contract
- month to month, annual billing saves 10-12%
- Detail
- Comp is free for a single location with basic scheduling. Essentials is $39.99/month for up to 30 employees, Pro is $79.99/month for up to 60, Premium is $134.99/month with no employee cap. Payroll is bundled into Premium and priced at $6 per employee paid per month on top of that $134.99 base; reporting is mixed on whether it can be added to the lower tiers, so treat it as a Premium-plan feature rather than an add-on for any plan.

Where it annoys people
- 01 No offline mode for managers. Staff can usually still see a schedule that already loaded, but building or editing one needs a connection.
- 02 Payroll only comes with Premium at $134.99/month, plus $6 per employee paid; you cannot add it to Essentials or Pro to keep the cost down.
- 03 The free Comp plan has no tip management, no task management and no manager log book. You will outgrow it fast if you want more than a bare schedule.
Our take
Worth having just for the integration list: it talks to Toast, Square, Clover and most of the POS systems on this site, which is what actually saves time, since sales data flows in instead of being typed. The free plan is a genuine single-location scheduler, not a crippled demo, and the paid tiers are priced per location rather than per head, which suits anyone adding a second site. It does one job and does it well; anyone wanting payroll or accounting bundled in has to add the payroll module or look at something like Restaurant365 instead.
