Where it annoys people
- 01 The advertised monthly figure is a discounted intro rate and excludes the per-order transaction fee, so the real cost only shows up once orders start flowing.
- 02 Sold as a hardware bundle, terminal and stand included, so there is real upfront kit rather than an app on a phone you already own.
- 03 [object Object]
- 04 Built around aggregating third-party delivery apps into one screen. If you are not running DoorDash, Uber Eats or similar, most of what you are paying for is plumbing you do not need.
Our take
The single-screen aggregation is the actual product, and it solves a real problem: four tablets buzzing at once with four different order formats is how takeaway kitchens lose tickets. Worth it if delivery apps are a meaningful share of revenue. If they are not, this is an expensive way to buy a POS.
