Where it annoys people

  • 01 Annual contract, no monthly option.
  • 02 New customers have to use TouchBistro Payments. Bringing your own processor is off the table.
  • 03 KDS, inventory and loyalty are all separately priced add-ons.

Our take

The local-network architecture is the selling point: service keeps running through an internet outage because the iPads talk to each other, not to a data centre. That matters more than most buyers realise until the day it happens. Less compelling if you want everything in one subscription.
