What's different about buying this for multi-site operators
Single-site accounting is mostly about getting the daily sales journal right. Multi-site accounting adds a harder question: can you see one consolidated P&L across every location, broken out by site, without exporting each site's numbers separately and stitching them together in a spreadsheet every month.
QuickBooks Online's location and class tracking, available from the Plus tier and deeper on Advanced at $340/month, is a workable approximation of this inside a single company file, and prices rose sharply in August 2026, Advanced went from $200 to $340, worth factoring in before committing. It is not true multi-entity consolidation, which QuickBooks reserves for its separate Enterprise product.
Restaurant365 is built around genuine cross-site financial consolidation as the core feature rather than a workaround, tied directly to the inventory and scheduling data discussed elsewhere on this site. It has no published price; third-party figures put the entry tier around $499 a site a month, which is the right order of magnitude for a group that has outgrown spreadsheet consolidation, not a single or dual-site operator.
