Detail
The vendor's own pricing page has no published figures at all; it is a "get a custom quote" form rather than a price list. Third-party pricing trackers cite an Essential tier starting around $499 per location per month billed quarterly, plus implementation fees reported between $2,000 and $10,000, but neither number comes from Restaurant365 itself.

Where it annoys people

  • 01 No price on the pricing page. You give up contact details and get a sales call, and third-party estimates put the entry tier around $499 a location a month, which the vendor will neither confirm nor deny in writing before that call.
  • 02 Implementation is reported at $2,000 to $10,000-plus on top of the subscription, and multi-year contracts are standard rather than an option.
  • 03 Genuine overkill for a single small site. This is accounting, inventory, scheduling and payroll built for someone consolidating financials across a portfolio, not a shoebox of receipts.

Our take

If you are running enough sites that a general ledger per location and manual food-cost spreadsheets have become the actual bottleneck, this is built for exactly that problem, and the integration list and recipe-level costing are genuinely deep. Below that scale it is the wrong tool: the price, the implementation timeline and the multi-year contract are all sized for a group, not an independent.
